The RD-XLF80 high-speed paper bucket forming machine is specially designed for producing large-capacity paper containers such as fried chicken buckets, popcorn tubs, and takeaway food bowls. Available in two model variants — RD-XLF80DT and RD-XLF80SLT — this machine supports bowl sizes ranging from 70oz to 170oz (1000–1800ml), making it ideal for food service businesses and packaging manufacturers.
This machine adopts a bench-style layout to separate the forming system from the transmission unit. The transmission section is built into the lower frame and utilizes a longitudinal shaft structure, cylindrical indexing CAM, and precision gear drive. All motion components are lubricated via a shower-type automatic lubrication system, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance.
With PLC centralized control, photoelectric tracking, and servo motor feeding, the RD-XLF80 ensures precise operation, consistent quality, and reliable high-speed performance. An optional visual inspection system is available to automatically detect and reject defective products.
