The RD-XLF-138B is a fully automatic, intelligent paper cup forming machine designed for medium to high-speed production. What sets the RD-XLF-138B apart is its bench-type layout, which separates the cup forming area from the transmission system. This smart structure ensures that the forming section remains clean and accessible, while the transmission system—housed below the workstation—features a longitudinal shaft design, cylindrical indexing CAM, and gear transmission for robust and stable performance. All mechanical parts are equipped with shower lubrication, extending machine life and reducing maintenance frequency.
The paper cup molds are mounted on the table surface for easy cleaning and quick mold replacement, allowing manufacturers to switch between cup sizes—from 4oz to 24oz—with minimal downtime. It’s perfect for producing various market-ready cups such as cold drink cups, milk tea cups, and standard beverage cups.
The entire forming process is managed by a PLC control system and photoelectric sensors for real-time monitoring. A servo motor controls the bottom paper feeding, ensuring high precision and material efficiency. For added quality control, the RD-XLF-138B can also be optionally equipped with a visual inspection system to automatically detect and reject defective cups during production.

The transmission part is installed in the frame under the table, using a longitudinal axis transmission structure, cylindrical indexing cam and gear transmission.
The paper suction adopts a gear inclined suction method, which reduces the paper jamming caused by traditional direct suction. When docking with the paper feeding rack, the paper feeding is more stable.
All transmission parts adopt shower style lubrication, with a two-layer cover design to prevent lubricating oil from splashing out or being contaminated by dust.
All the hot air blowers adopts world-famous brand Leister from Swiss. The blowers pre-heated the paper to make it more easily and perfectly fold.
Compared with normal mold the mold is more light which the material is used for flight. The light weight can help machine to keep running with high-speed. And the mold material is more corrosion preventive so it’s more durable to use for long-time.
Ultrasonic side sealing combined with fan cooling system, ensures good sealing quality under fast machine running condition. It greatly reduced the probability of paper leakage.
