The lap joint is keeping vertical mechanical pressed and formed during the four process which includes: cup clamp—bottom hot air 1—bottom hot air 2—bottom folding. The design had greatly Improved energy efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
Knurling bearings have a longer lifespan (up to one year or more). There are repair slots on the embossing outer mold (customized according to the thickness of the paper) to make the pressure of the embossing wheel on the bottom embossing more uniform (constant tension), and the bottom bonding and sealing are better, greatly reducing the probability of leakage caused by poor embossing at the bottom.
RD-230A uses servo precision control for the front paper feeding station,and the forming station uses dual indexing curved mechanical cams to control 11independent assemblies,with high accuracy and good stability!
