The RD-XLF116W adopts a bench-style layout, separating the forming section from the transmission section. This design ensures a clean production area by isolating the mechanical components below the tabletop, where the longitudinal shaft transmission, cylindrical cam indexing, and gear system are housed. All transmission components are equipped with a shower lubrication system, which extends service life and ensures smooth operation.
Equipped with PLC control and photoelectric tracking, the machine precisely coordinates each forming step — from base paper feeding (via servo motor) to curling and unloading. An optional visual inspection system can be integrated to automatically detect and reject defective bowls, enhancing quality assurance and reducing waste.
