The RD-ZT-200 features a robust mechanical design capable of forming paper buckets with a top diameter ranging from 150mm to 220mm, and up to 300mm for custom orders. The machine delivers a steady output speed of 25–35 pcs/min for standard buckets and up to 30–40 pcs/min for salad bowls, depending on size and paper material.
Engineered to handle paper weights from 180g to 500g/m², the RD-ZT-200 accommodates single or double PE-coated paper, PLA-coated paper, and non-coated board, ensuring full compatibility with both cold and hot food applications. This makes it especially suitable for QSR packaging, deli products, and high-volume takeaway use.
Controlled via an intuitive PLC system, the machine features automatic servo paper feeding, integrated photoelectric tracking, and stable gear drive transmission. These ensure reliable operation with reduced manual intervention. For enhanced performance and product quality, a visual inspection system is also available as an option.
