A Russian Couple Flew Over 7,000 Kilometers to See the Machines in Person
Before investing in paper cup production, a husband-and-wife team from Russia wanted to see everything with their own eyes. They visited our factory, walked through the workshop, checked machine assembly details, and watched paper cup machines running on the production floor.
During the visit, we discussed cup sizes, paper materials, local market demand, and startup plans. Seeing the machines operate in person helped them better understand the production process and make their investment decision with greater confidence.
Our U.S. Distributor Brought His Customer to China for a Factory Visit
One of our long-term distributors in the United States arranged a visit with his customer, who was planning to launch a new paper bag manufacturing project. Together, they came to our factory to evaluate machine performance and discuss future production goals.
We spent the day reviewing bag samples, discussing production capacity, and comparing different machine configurations. By the end of the visit, the customer had a much clearer understanding of the project requirements and the production possibilities available for their market.
A Korean Buyer Arrived with Customer Requirements and Product Samples
A buyer from South Korea visited our factory carrying product samples and detailed requirements collected from one of his customers. Instead of looking for a single machine, he wanted to evaluate an entire label production workflow that could meet specific production targets.
Together, we reviewed label materials, printing requirements, die cutting specifications, inspection needs, and slitting configurations. The visit allowed both sides to discuss the project in detail and identify a production solution that matched the customer's expectations more closely.
